Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing from Ghalmarexli in the Netherlands, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) under Dutch Civil Code (BW) and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This means you may return your order within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by:

Please include your name, order number and the reason for the return (optional). We will acknowledge your withdrawal request within 2 business days.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must:

• Be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
• Be in their original, unopened packaging
• Be undamaged and in resaleable condition
• Include all original materials (packaging inserts, etc.)

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used food supplements, unless the product is defective.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, in accordance with your statutory rights under Dutch law.

5. Return Shipping Costs

In the case of a standard right-of-withdrawal return, the direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless we have indicated otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

For defective or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened food supplements (unless defective)
• Products returned after the 14-day return window, except where required by law
